In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase you can return you item to the address on your invoice.
All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order and the items must be returned in it original packaging and in new used condition.
Once the item has been received back in the appropriate condition a refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Do you provide International delivery?
At FINCHES we welcome international orders but unfortunaltly we are unable to deliver to the USA and China, for all other international deliveries please use the contact page for a delivery quote.
How do I return an item?
Returns should be made via royal mail wherever posible, the cost of a return is payable by the customer and will not be refunded. The return address will be avaiable on your invioce
